Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day

Thanks to all the volunteers who made the 2008 IGED a success. Argonne hosted girls from the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades for a full day of lab tours, hands-on activities, and discussions about the world of science and engineering. A special lunch with women scientists and engineers provided the opportunity to ask questions and discuss careers.
